I have been using the internet, since the olden days of American Online (AOL) version 2.0. I can vivdidly remember my first AOL screen name, JFroggyBurk. I was a frequent instant messager, e-mailer and played an occasional game of slingo. As technology advanced, so did my internet habbits, I ventured from AOL to AIM, and spent hours and hours on a Ohio running Website tittle, JJhuddle. In high school the web became a tool for paper writing, research, shopping and communicating with friends. In College, the internet became my life line, it was the only way I could talk to friends at different schools and my friend in Iraq. I would webcam him from Iraq. These were the times that I most embraced technology and realized how much it has improved the quality of life.
Today, I am your average college student. I am addicted to my cell phone, IPOD and computer. I cannot go long than five minutes without looking at my cell phone and check my email and facebook accounts hourly. I consider myself a Magiver of the web, I can find anything or anyone (honestly, try me).
I have never blogged though, so this is a new web-based experience for me, that I am excited about.
